Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, and login credentials, which are handled through our authentication provider.

Content you create or upload, such as courses, Link In Bio Storefronts, goals, habits, plans, journals, reflections, notes, vision boards, and the details you enter to design AI personas.

Communications you send us, including support requests, survey responses, and feedback.

2. Payment Information

When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited information, such as confirmation of payment and the basic billing details needed to manage your account.

3. Keys You Connect

If you connect a key or account for a Third-Party Service, such as an AI provider, we store it securely to operate the features you enable and use it only to make requests on your behalf. You can disconnect it at any time.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our providers automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from your IP address, and similar log data, using cookies and similar technologies.

5. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from our authentication, payment, hosting, and analytics providers, and from referrals or links you arrive through.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Services; to process payments and manage your account; to respond to you and provide support; to send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with law; and to enforce our Terms. We do not use the private content you create to train our own artificial intelligence models.

7. AI Features and Your Content

When you use a feature powered by artificial intelligence, the inputs and content you submit are sent to the third-party AI provider whose key you connected, so that it can generate a response. That provider’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Choose a provider you are comfortable with, and avoid submitting information you do not want sent to it.

8. How We Share Information

Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the Services, such as authentication, hosting, database and storage, payment processing, email, analytics, and the AI and voice providers you choose to connect. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your direction. We share content you choose to make public or to send, such as a Link In Bio Storefront or link page you publish.

Aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International Users

We operate in the United States, and the Services are hosted and processed there. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.
